Innovative Anesthesia Management (IAM) is the proven leader in providing anesthesia services solutions to physician owned ASC. Working primarily with GI ASC’s, we provide our clients with a turnkey anesthesia management services model that allows for flexibility in approach. Our clients enjoy this flexibility because it balances cost effectiveness, patient satisfaction and physician income, thus creating an effective anesthesia delivery system that is both patient centric and physician sensitive.

Our objective is to be the market leading, low cost, high quality anesthesia services manager for our clients. IAM performs most of the functions in the development and management of your anesthesia entity. In return for our management fee, IAM will provide anesthesia professional recruitment, billing and collections, complete financial management, daily staffing requirements, quality assurance oversight and all other management functions related to anesthesia delivery. We can be up and running in your office in 90 to 120 days, depending on anesthesia professional recruitment and payer contracting requirements.

Cost of Services

Our management fee is based on a percentage of net collections (collections after bad debt, before expenses). The actual fee depends on the size of the group. IAM absorbs development expenses on the front end.

Term and Termination of Agreement

The term of the Management Agreement is usually three (3) years due to the up-front cost of implementation. The Agreement includes a provision that provides for re-negotiation should changes make the Agreement unprofitable. A client is never stuck with an unprofitable arrangement.
